Fruits and berries are available in a wealth of colours, like vegetables. On this site you can read about plant foods and the many delicious ways to serve them. Vegetables can easily be served as a salad or a smoothie and fruit and berries as tropical juices or ice cream - all wonderful delights that support our health and please our taste buds. There are many nutritious and glorious foods in the green menu! This is the food that makes us happy, gives mental clarity and brings us to life. Plant food also provides a light and comfortable feeling of fullness.
