Eating Fruit

Here are some fun and delicious things you can do together with your children:

- Try different fruits. Apples are crispy, bananas are creamy and oranges juicy. 
Let the children taste and feel the different textures.

- Divide a kiwi into two parts and serve with a teaspoon (for older children).

- For a colorful salad, gently toss apples, bananas, pears and kiwifruit and sprinkle 
with some orange juice.

- Make a delicious fruit smoothie. Blend bananas, pineapples, oranges, strawberry 
or other berries.

Small children
- Give them half of a banana to hold and eat.
- Peel the apples and pears before serving them.
- Peel and chop a mango into little soft pieces.
