Ingredients Yield, 2 portions
3 ripe bananas
2.5 cups blueberries
Divide the bananas into smaller pieces and put them in the blender with the blueberries.
Blend to a smooth consistency.
Pour the smoothie into two small or one medium plastic bowl and place in freezer.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with fresh raspberries.
*The Blueberry Ice Cream can also be made of jam. Estimate about 2 tablespoons of blueberry jam per banana. The ice cream in the picture is made with blueberry jam, sweetened with agave syrup, in expectation of summer :-)
