Prune Soup

This is a sweet and fresh soup made without adding any sugar and is warming, delicious and healthy! 

To yield 2 portions:

2 cups prunes 

2 cups water

Soak the prunes for 12 hours (until the water just covers the fruit).

When ready, pour the prunes and juice into two bowls. Serve as-is or with a dollop of delicious vanilla nut cream.
