Fresh Raspberry Smoothie

This is a completely delicious, sweet raspberry smoothie without adding any sugar! 

2 ripe bananas                                        Yield, 2 glasses

1.5 cups frozen raspberries

2 cups sparkling water

Preparation

Divide the bananas into smaller parts and put them in the blender. Add the raspberries and pulse, using the ice-button, until smooth and creamy (if you don’t have the ice function on your blender, just let the berries melt 20 minutes ahead of time to protect the blender).

Add the sparkling water and blend until the consistency of a smoothie.

Serving Suggestions

This raspberry smoothie tastes delicious served fresh and cool.

*Replacing the sparkling water with plant milk makes this a nice milk shake :-)
