Walnut Milk with Figs



Ingredients                                                         Yield; 2-3 glasses

1 cup walnuts (100 gram), soaked 12 hours

4 figs, soaked 10 hours

2 ½ cups water

Preparation

Put the dried figs in a glass of water and soak for 10 hours.

After soaking

Rinse and dry the nuts. Pour the fruit juice from the figs into a measuring cup and add water up to the 2 ½ cup mark. Place the nuts and figs in the blender and blend until creamy. Add water (with fruit juice) and blend until the consistency of milk.

Serving Suggestions

Drink and serve this plant milk as you would regular milk.
