Here are some tips to encourage your children to eat more fruit and vegetables:

- serve fruit and vegetables in small pieces
- set a bowl with fruit on the kitchen bench
- have nice colourful vegetables with dip - ready to eat - in the fridge
- make nice carrot flowers and figures with cookie cutters


Healthy Snacks Ideas
- fresh fruit, in pieces
- raw vegetables, in pieces or small flowers
- apple slices with almond butter
- banana ice cream*
- dried fruit, like apple and pineapple
- nuts (children over 3 years)**

*Banana slices or a half banana with a lolly stick 

**Since nuts can become lodged in small children´s throat, please feed whole nuts only to children over 3 years old.
