Tasting New Food

Serve something your children likes together with the new food of choice. Also, try serving the new food at the beginning of a meal when your child is hungry, which will increase the chance that she or he will try it. Eat the meal together with your child to show your young one how much you enjoy the taste. It is also a great idea to try new foods yourself, like vegetables or fruit you have not heard of yet. Perhaps make it a game to buy at least one new fruit or vegetable at the supermarked each week!
