Yellow corncobs are beautiful to look at and absolutely delicious too! 

Nicely arrange one or two cobs on a plate with some shredded carrots, broccoli florets or sweet peas. 

Amazingly, the corn can be eaten fresh, without cooking, and taste is so wonderful, sweet and fresh (kids especially love it too!). Enjoy!
