Avocado Cream

Avocado tastes wonderful as a dip with raw vegetables like carrots and kohlrabi. By mashing the avocado into a cream and adding lemon juice and salt, the avocado gets a delicious taste.

Ingredients Yield, 2 servings

4 ripe avocados

1-2 tablespoon lemon juice

2 teaspoon sea salt

garlic (optional)

Divide the avocado into two and remove the stone. Remove the flesh with a spoon and place in a bowl. Purée the avocado with a fork, then add lemon juice, salt and garlic, to taste.

Serving Suggestions

Serve the delicious avocado cream with sticks of carrots and kohlrabi, florets of cauliflower and other vegetables you like. Enjoy!


Avocado changes colour and gets easily brown when opened, so it is wise to prepare the vegetables before making the cream. In addition to adding lots of flavour, the lemon juice will also help it retrain its fresh green colour.
