Warm Cacao


1 cup plant milk

1 rounded tablespoon cacao with coconut flower sugar*

Warm the milk gently over the stove top, making sure it is still comfortable to the touch, add the cacao, stir or whisk gently and enjoy!

*Coconut flower sugar has low GI and is easier on your blood sugar and a wonderful alternative to white sugar. The sugar can be purchased in health food shops as pure coconut sugar or, as in this recipe, pre-mixed with cacao (the brand name is Gula Java from Pure Planet).
