*By adding more or less water, the nut milk will be thin or creamy.
*You can pour the milk through a nut bag or drink it with all the wonderful fiber intact.
If you choose to strain the fiber from the milk, try dehydrating the pulp, making cookies or adding it to dinner cakes.
The pulp will also keep for up to three months in the freezer.
