As a parent you have the greatest influence on your children and you can do many wonderful things to help them develop healthy eating habits. Since eating habits are set in early childhood, choosing a plant based diet can give your children the opportunity to enjoy a variety of nutritious food - and bring those healthy eating habits with them into adulthood. What we learn as a child will often mark our choices of food later in life.

Most of all, children take after the eating habits of their parents. What you enjoy eating, your children often will love to eat, too. By enjoy a variety of fresh fruit and vegetables and always making them available to your children, you are giving them a wonderful gift.
