
Served with some fresh bananas and berries, this breakfast tastes delicious! Filled with healthy oats, nuts and seeds together with almond milk, this early meal gives your body all it needs for a wonderful morning.
Ingredients Yield, 2-3 portions
2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup hazelnuts, chopped
1/4 cup almonds, chopped
4 tablespoon sunflower seeds
3 tablespoon raisins or goji berries
Topping: Fruit and berries
Almond milk or other seed or nut milk
Preparation
Gently mix the dry rolled oats, nuts, seeds and dried fruit in a large bowl and put the cereal in a glass jar to store.
To Serve
In the morning, serve the cereal with plant milk, topped with bananas or your favourite fruit. Enjoy!
