Finely Shredded Vegetables


Fresh or newly shredded vegetables likes carrots, kohlrabi and beets are excellent served on a plate, either with lunch or as a side dish to dinner. Shredded vegetables taste delicious too! Try serving them with some nuts or sprinkled with olive oil on top for added flavour and nutrition. Raw vegetables contain many valuable vitamins, minerals, protein and more, in addition to quickly satisfying you (so it is wise not to prepare too much! :-)
