
This is a perfect snack or tasty addition to a healthy salad lunch.
Ingredients
Almond and Sunflower Paté or
Almond and Sunflower Paté with Vegetables
Nori sheets
Preparation
Spread 3/4 of a cup of paté on a nori sheet.
Lay another nori sheet on the top, gently press it down and divide the sheets into 16 squares, using clean scissors. Repeat with the other sheets and transfer the squares to a dehydrator tray with a mesh screen.
Dehydrate at 105F (41C) for about 24 hours, or until crisp.
To Serve
This tastes great with a salad and as a snack on the go.
