Sesame Milk with Banana

This sesame milk tastes delicious and is made with sweet bananas.

Ingredients                                            Yield, 3 glasses

1/2 cup sesame seeds, soaked 6 hours

2 ripe bananas, divided

2 glasses plant milk 

Preparation:

Rinse and dry the seeds and put them in the blender with bananas. Blend until creamy. Then add the plant milk and blend until the consistency of a smoothie.

Serving Suggestions:

Sesame milk tastes delicious fresh and cold.

*The light milk in the picture is made of sesame seeds without a shell.

*Sesame milk will keep for 1-2 days in the fridge (if the bananas are riper, the milk won’t keep as long).

*The riper the bananas are, the sweeter the drink!
