Prune Ice Cream

Ingredients                  yield, 2 portions

8 large prunes, pitted and soaked 12 hours 

3 ripe bananas, peeled and divided

Put the fruit and prunes in a blender and pureé until smooth and creamy. Freeze in small plastic muffins forms (let it melt 15 mins before serving).

Delicious any time of day!
