This almond and hazelnut milk tastes sensational with raisins.
Ingredients Yield; 3 glasses
1/2 cup hazelnuts (50 grams), soaked 12 hours
1/2 cup almonds, soaked 12 hours
1/2 cup raisins, soaked 1-2 hours
2 ½ cups water
Preparation:
Rinse and dry the nuts. Pour the raisin juice into a measuring cup and add water up to the 2 ½ cup mark. Put the nuts and figs in the blender and blend until creamy. Add the water (with raisin juice) and blend until it is the consistency of milk.
Serving Suggestions:
Drink and serve this plant milk as you would regular milk.
