Strawberry Kiwi Chocolate Dip

This is a delicate dessert, which looks amazing beautifully arranged with fresh fruit and berries.

Ingredients                       Yield, 2 servings                                                 

4 large strawberries

2 kiwi

1 banana

Chocolate Sauce

2 ripe avocados

4 tablespoons agave syrup

2-3 tablespoons raw cacao powder 

1/4 cup water (max)

Preparation

Divide the avocados into two halves, remove the stone and scoop out the fruit with a spoon. Put the fruit, cacao powder and agave syrup in the blender and blend to a fine and smooth mousse. Carefully, add some water, one tablespoon at time, to perfect the sauce. 

Divide strawberry, kiwi and banana in thin slices and arrange them beautifully on a nice plate together with a small bowl of chocolate sauce.
