You´ll be amazed at how creamy and beautiful this paté tastes!

Ingredients: Yields: 2 ½ cups (or 1/2 litre)
1 cup almonds, soaked 12 hours
1 cup sunflower seeds, soaked 4-6 hours
1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1 cup broccoli, broken into small florets
1 stalk celery, minced
1/2 garlic clove (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
1-2 tablespoon tamari
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Use the white Homogenizing Blank Plate of your Green Star juicer to puree (insert it with the thickest part first with the hole facing downwards). Run the mixture through, pushing gently with the plunger.
Serving Suggestions
Gently form the paté into cakes or balls and garnish with lettuce, tomatoes
and cucumber. Enjoy!
*Patés can be quite filling. To get a lighter paté, just increase the amount of
fresh vegetables and decrease the amount of almonds and seeds.
