Green Smoothie

Green smoothie can contain a wide variety of fresh vegetables and it is 

nutritious and alkalizing. 

Excellent vegetables to use are:

Dark leafy greens, like kale, baby spinach, celery, broccoli, cucumber, 

parsley, lettuce leaves and more. 

For a fresher taste, try adding some fresh mangos, oranges, bananas 

or an apple.


Preparation

Put the vegetables and fruit in the blender and blend to smooth.
